Booking Agreement and Cancellation Liability
It is our policy not to overbook our accommodation and we are committed, once your deposit is paid, to guarantee the room for you. Bookings may be cancelled without extra charge up until 2pm the day before arrival after this time the first nights accommodation will be charged.
Deposits
When a deposit is paid there is a contract between yourself and the Hotel. We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance, further details are available should you wish. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. No allowance is made for rooms not occupied for the full booking period. All deposits are non-refundable.
Rates
All published rates are quoted per person per night, we have no single room supplements although should you wish to book a double/twin room for single occupancy a supplement is payable of an additional 50% per night.
Payment
A deposit of £25.00 per person is required to confirm every booking. The deposit will be credited against your final account. The Hotel will require a credit card imprint on arrival.
Car Parking
Free car parking is provided for one car per room, subject to availability. All cars are parked at owners’ risk. During busy periods, guests will be issued with a car pass from the reception.
Dogs
Unfortunately we do not accept Dogs at the Hotel.
Inclusive Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Terms
Guests staying at the Hotel on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis will be dining in the hotel restaurant; inclusive terms cannot be transferred to any other dining venue. Guests on inclusive terms will not receive refunds or discounts for meals not taken. Some menu items carry supplementary charges .
Arrival and Departure
Guests are welcome to arrive at the Hotel at any time. We will do our very best to have your room available as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 2pm. You may, of course, use any of the Hotels facilities prior to check-in. On your day of departure we respectfully request that you vacate your room by 11.00am. On some occasions it may be possible to extend this, however extra charges will be applied. Departing guests are welcome to use the facilities on their day of departure.
