Commencing on the 31st August – 3rd September 2017, Bournemouth Air Festival is one of Bournemouth’s biggest attractions! We are proud to be able to play a part in hosting this extraordinary event at the Hermitage Hotel, we are in a prime location for the 4-day extravaganza of fun located a two-minute walk away from the event’s epicentre.
Each of the four days offer a new and exciting display as well as a plethora of activities on offer in Bournemouth Gardens, you will be spoilt for choice of what to do first.
At the heart of Bournemouth Air Show are the Red Arrows who will be flying every single day impressing you with their seamless routines that keep you on the edge of your seat (or sun lounger!).
Because of our fantastic location, we are able to offer guests a variety of options for lunch, dinner and snacks during the event, subscribe to our mailing list to hear about offers and packed lunch opportunities first!

During Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings be sure to check out NightAir which includes dusk displays of the Spitfire & Red Devils Parachute team which you do not want to miss. Ask us about our special offers for staying on Thursday & Friday and being in a fantastic location to soak it all up.
Don’t overlook the Thursday & Friday displays as these are jam-packed with action and the beaches are a little quieter.

Q: Do I need tickets for the Bournemouth Air Festival?
A: Nope, it’s a free event. (Although certain NightAir shows needs ticket)
Q: What are the Festival dates?
A: The Festival runs from 10am – 10pm, Thursday 18th – Sunday 21st August 2016.
Q: When can I see the Red Arrows?
A: The Red Arrows are flying every day!
